Deluca’s Pizzeria is a celebrated Arkansas pizza brand known for its New York–style, brick-oven pizza made with handmade dough and premium ingredients. Each pizza is crafted from scratch and cooked at extremely high temperatures to create a thin, lightly charred crust and balanced toppings—an approach inspired by traditional Italian and New York pizzerias.

The restaurant was founded in Hot Springs, Arkansas in 2013 by owner and chef Anthony Valinoti, a Brooklyn native who fell in love with classic New York pizza and later traveled to Naples, Italy to learn authentic techniques before opening his own restaurant.

What began as a small pizzeria with just a handful of tables quickly developed a devoted following, earning regional and national attention for its distinctive pizzas and commitment to quality. The restaurant is known for producing a limited amount of dough each day, emphasizing freshness and craftsmanship in every pie.

The Breckenridge Village location opened in 2024.

Today, Deluca’s continues to grow while staying true to its roots—serving authentic, handcrafted pizza inspired by Brooklyn and Naples traditions and building a loyal following across Arkansas.
